What we collect

We collect only what we need to run The Cantry:

  • Email address — when you buy a product or request a free resource, so we can deliver your downloads and send occasional updates.
  • Purchase details — what you bought and when, via our payment processor.
  • Basic technical data — anonymous analytics about page visits, if analytics are enabled.

What we never collect

We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We don't collect health data, precise location, or anything from your kitchen.

How we use your information

  • Delivering products you bought and resources you requested
  • Sending receipts and account messages
  • Sending occasional product updates and canning notes — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe
  • Tax and accounting compliance

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting), each bound to use it only for that purpose.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any email. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@thecantry.com [confirm mailbox before launch] and we'll honor your request within 30 days.

Data retention & security

We keep purchase records as required for tax purposes and email lists until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Data is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13.
