Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us (or simply reply to your receipt email) within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms, no hoops. Because the products are digital, you'll keep your downloads; we just ask that you don't redistribute them.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Founding Canner purchases
Founding Canner purchases follow the same 30-day window. In addition, if The Cantry app is discontinued before your early access opens, you may request a refund of your Founding Canner purchase at any time before access opens.
